Why Lingonomy?
Academic Expertise: Led by a highly experienced instructor currently teaching at a leading university in Türkiye.
Strategic Design: A program carefully structured to ensure measurable improvement.
Skill Development: Balanced training in Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing.
Trusted Materials: Official ETS resources, Barron’s TOEFL iBT, and supplementary academic vocabulary practice.
Program Philosophy: “Input Before Output”
The first three weeks of the program focus exclusively on Reading and Listening.
Students will not practice Speaking and Writing during this stage.
Rationale: Productive skills rely on strong input. Without adequate exposure to academic texts and listening passages, it is difficult to generate ideas or use academic language effectively.
From week 4 onwards, Speaking and Writing are integrated once students have a sufficient base of knowledge and vocabulary.
This approach ensures that learners produce richer, more confident, and academically appropriate responses.
Level-Specific Program Goals
For B1-level students:
Emphasis on building foundational skills, strengthening vocabulary, and developing confidence in academic input before moving to output tasks.
For B2-level students:
Focus on refining strategies, expanding academic language, and producing more advanced written and spoken responses.
